These guidelines are in accordance with Hospitality NZ recommendations. We request physical distancing measures are adhered to at all times – a minimum 2 metre distance is recommended.
For the safety and wellbeing of all guests and employees, we respectfully request that if you feel unwell you stay home.
Bookings can be made as usual again, including on our website. We would appreciate an estimated time of arrival being advised when a booking is made.
Reception will be open for check-ins and check-outs. We request guests use the hand sanitiser provided on the counter when checking in. The Reception counter and eftpos machine will be regularly sanitised and cleaned.
We have a Contact Tracing Register in place and are required to record each guest’s name, phone number, email or address, arrival date & time and departure date & time.
Please be assured that all units are being sanitised and thoroughly cleaned, with staff using appropriate PPE. Outside surfaces, such as outdoor furniture and handrails, will be sanitised and cleaned regularly.
For stays longer than one night, we will service units daily. This will include changing/replacing linen when required, removing rubbish, sanitising surfaces and cleaning the bathroom. Bed linen will be changed twice weekly.
Guest Laundry – only one guest may use the laundry at a time. The guest laundry will be sanitised & cleaned daily.
BBQ area – we request that during Level 2 guests do not use the BBQ area.
